Dr. Ashwini B P, in her presentation gave a detailed account on how to take up challenges faced by students in this pandemic time. Firstly, she asked the students to note down their personal challenges and academic challenges which they’ve come across. Some of the students raised their problems and the resource person successfully gavw insights and led the students to convert their negative challenges to positive challenges. She further educated the students how to cope up with difficulties in life.

“Accept the present situation as it is.” opined Dr. Ashwini. She pointed out the fact that in order to overcome the challenges and struggles, we should always follow the “acceptance” principle. In order to get exceptional opportunities in life, we have to know ourselves and set goals which will help you to become creative, productive and successful.
